NOX 1.1 is the model family that powers Nox, the AI health advisor chat. Here's what it actually does for you:
The chat models (every plan gets these two)
Light 1.1 — fast, everyday answers for quick health questions.
Thinking 1.1 — slower, more careful reasoning for trickier or multi-step health questions.
You pick between them in the model dropdown during normal chat.
What it's built to do
Health-focused advice — answers health questions, with topic restrictions depending on your plan (Free is health-only; higher tiers add lifestyle and then unrestricted).
Medical safety triage — before the AI even answers, it scans your message for red-flag symptoms (chest pain, shortness of breath, allergic reactions, mental-health crises, pregnancy concerns, child symptoms, etc.). If one fires, it shows an emergency/urgent banner telling you to seek care.
Image understanding — you can attach or paste a photo (supplement label, medication, meal, rash, wearable reading) and it identifies and reasons about it.
Charts — it can render bar/line/pie charts inline when data helps.
Image generation — make images via the Image button or /image ….
Voice input and conversation management (create, rename, delete chats).
Helper tools for paid plans — sleep/energy/stress inputs and an "Analyze My Day" feature.
